1. License and Usage
Rigboy is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. However, access to automatic updates, premium support, and advanced features requires an active, valid license key issued via our reseller, Freemius. License keys are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (monthly, annually, or lifetime) and are restricted to the number of sites defined by your plan.

2. Payments and Order Processing
Our order process is conducted and managed by our online reseller, Freemius.com. Freemius is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide the secure checkout platform and handle customer service inquiries related to payments and subscriptions.

3. Automatic Renewals
Subscription plans (monthly and annual) renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your WordPress dashboard account page or via the Freemius user portal.

4. Warranty and Liability
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
